I found this whilst mooching on the internet looking for various ways into the world of tilt/shift without the usual large cost implications...
Photographer, Gareth Gardener has come up with a solution for a bit of shift without the usual size implications that I thought was fairly ingenious!
It uses the fairly rare Voigtlander 12mm nikon f mount lens, a olypmus M43 camera and a shift adapter thats been modified slightly!

I'm guessing that 12mm Voigtlander lens the guy uses is the same one Pete has--and a photo through which is featured in the RPF header? It's an interesting article.
