Actually nothing happened at all. It was two weather fronts fighting over us...as the sun was setting. Big rain south...getting pushed over a cold front north. Not a drop of rain.

but you're only allowed to buy bread and milk for disaster planning if it's not part of your daily diet. we had a huge snowstorm in 2010 that kept people inside for over a week in some parts of the state. one guy called us and wanted to know what he was supposed to use the bread and milk for, if there was some recipe or something.
