Toronto's Regent Park is one of the more sketchy places in town, but new construction there is rehabilitating the neighborhood, bit by bit.

Why is it called the Rainbow Building? There isn't an arc or a pot of gold in sight.

There is an almost musical feel to the bands of colour, like they represent a kind of rhythm.

Thanks, guys. The real name of the building is Daniels Spectrum. But it reminds me of piano keys, as well. As for that guy, yes, he seems to be everywhere!
