Nice shot and what a fabulous old tram. I'm not usually a fan of selective colour but it is very effective here - maybe due to the quite muted colours.

I think it worked beautifully here, artistically. But as Pete says, I too am normally not in favour of it as well as blurred water. Too much of a realist I guess
