Walking The Dog

On Newquay pier the other day and looked over the back wall onto the beach. A dog with owner were out for a walk The light was one of my favourites , sun up and sea mist rolling in.

Love the viewpoint on both, but #1 really hits the spot for me

Love the way the man and dog angle across the frame, and then there's that great reflection in the wet sand

The light has given lovely soft shadows and lovely tones - wonderful

I too love the one with the lead at a diagonal.
The b/w certainly is better than the colour.

Thanks Chris. When I chose to crop I saw right away that it would be worth looking at a 1:1 crop for the diagonal. Thanks Austin

Well fact being I also liked the first most and did at first think along the lines of only posting that one image. I glad that my judgement for this one was on par with such great photographers as are here on this site, I can take great heart in that.
