I like the composition in this Rob. Not only have you managed to get something on nearly all of the rule of thirds lines but you have a diagonal line implied by the screen and the people and a triangle by the people, the top of the pylon and the tee in the bars, and it all seems to work.

It most certainly does and the hint of face and clinging to the rail fits the mood perfectly.
