Jimsonweed (Datura stramonium) aka Thorn Apple. All parts, particularly the seeds, are highly poisonous.

Thanks for the replies folks.
Not the vicar's garden Pete, another garden in the same village.
Interesting plant to grow as a curiosity, removed it after these pics were taken, do not want a garden full of them!
