Wheal Coates At Dusk

Lesley Jones

Otherwise know as Zooey
Evening all! Please forgive me for a quick post and run, but Cornwall nearly finished me off. Three days, four nights, 1,100 miles, 4.00 starts and one very bad cold. I walked seven miles over Dartmoor one day and stood in a river in the pouring rain. I'm going back to work tomorrow for a rest :)

Here is the first image, oddly enough, also the first one processed with our new PC. Photoshop hasn't been behaving as I remember and it's ages since I did a landscape. I arrived here much later than planned and had to rush to find a good view. This was the best I could manage - perched at a silly angle on the cliff edge and sitting rather uncomfortably on a load of gorse bushes...

Look at that light - more, more!

Lesley a great composition again and unusual for the scene. A lot of images they place the setting sun behind or very close to the building. This
works so well allowing both the sun setting and building to have their own identities. Great stuff like this a lot. I didn't realise you where in
Cornwall so early in the month, must keep up on here and look forward to many more images from you.
