the picture is all about her face, for me. actually it was a series of dance pics that we did together.

I guess it would nice if it was in but, on the whole, I don't think it detracts and may even lead the eye to her face. Nice lighting and tone and her distracted / absorbed expression works well I think.

Yes I miss the hand but there is a lot more to enjoy. You got her in a very good pose.

I do not miss the hand, but leaving a bit of it, I would not do. Cut it away right before you see the hand or show the whole hand. But again it is the expression that does the picture.
