It's at 800 Degrees Pizzeria in Westwood Village, California.

Shot on Ilford HP5 with my Canon F1 and a Canon FD17/4. Processed in Rodinal.

If that is the temperature they bake at it's hot. Good photo Brian, a great angle none of the voyeurism that can be associated with such pics. Like the way the customer is leaning toward the food anxious to get a hold of it along with the nearest one price checking or at least that how I see it.

Yeah I guess it is the temp they bake at Julian. The pizza is good there. Very good. My daughter, Caiti, introduced us to the place. Its just off the UCLA campus, where she was a student. Thanks a lot for your comments, Julian.

Funnily enough, we're having pizza tonight - a rare occurrence. American Hot Pepperoni for me. Yum!

Fine shot, Brian!
Thanks, Rob. We have pizza every Friday night. We make it. I make the dough the night before, and our Friday night pizza has been a tradition in our little family for some 30 years.

Great shot Brian! Quite an idea to have a pizzeria at such location :) Thanks for sharing.

The chef or whatever he is, does not seem to like you Brian, from his expression. But fear not you are a customer with an impressive big camera and a heavy one enough to use it as a "weapon." A fine image Brian.

Thanks, Ivar. That wee guy in white is not a chef,...he is the dough prep man. He's constantly flouring the dough and stretching it. The next chap applies the sauce and I think the initial cheese. Its an assembly line process. By the way, you're seeing Dough Prep Man in action with his game face on. I actual fact I think he liked me well enough, despite his expression. ;)

If that's Celsius then I reckon it's the temperature they used the make the chandelier! ;)
What more can I say other than it's a damned fine picture of a damned fine chandelier and pizzeria. Oh, and we had pizza tonight. One Fungi and one Tono. :)
Thanks a lot, Pete. (You had pizza tonight? Nobody invited me!);)
