WHAT IS THIS?!
I found it on my window ledge at work... Bizzarely, it didn't fly away, but it was defending its territory ... I moved my finger in front of it and it lifted its wings to face my finger everytime..... Wierd!!

Depends who's little finger it is looks like two ears on a body, who shrunk the kids
