This evenings youth workshop was looking at the world in a different way. up close. Knowing that the youngsters would probably never had seen such a contraption, I thought it would inspire and allow them to break from the normal snap shooting...I was right, for once ;)

Using Bellows attached to the D200 with a 50mm f1.8 prime on the other, some manual focusing. settings all manual and shot as Jpeg..

The first is my favorite...it's not simply a photograph...it's a line drawing...it's an abstract...it's just interesting to look at. Art...in just one word.

That was the response I was hoping for as that was the message I was trying to get over to the group, that sometimes this sort of photography has more place as art than what they would normally try :)
