Yes I snapped quite a few, Beth. I posted one a couple of weeks ago.the back end seems to be an afterthought, looks like a car crashed into the vw beetle that the guy who designed the 2cv was driving on his way to work and he just figured that'll do.. did you photograph any other cars at the concours?
Perfect, Tom: The Holga of the Motor World!Still see the odd one on the roads here Brian; they have a character all of their own. The Holga of the motor world.
That about sums up the user experience I expect, Julian.Excellent cars Brian, can be repaired road side with a wrench and screwdriver, which is often. Frugal consumption and once upon a time carried an eight foot wardrobe in one ,on the back seat , out through the detachable roof. Made of tissue paper and would never have liked to have hit anything in it. Passengers are prone to being seasick , love them.
I did much prefer the 3cv vans, much more interesting design, corrugated rear panels. That about sums up the user experience I expect, Julian.Thanks.
3CV vans,...Hmmm. Can't visualize that model. I must Google it.I did much prefer the 3cv vans, much more interesting design, corrugated rear panels.
You nailed it Pedro. (Wish I'd thought to title it as such.) Thanks! The 2CV tango! Wonderful moment.![]()
It is indeed a good hippy car, Paul.My old music teacher swore by these. But he was a complete hippy.....
