Granddaughter #1 completed her first public ballet recital today - and what a wonderful debut it was

She had all of her family and grandparents there, and got flowers, as any prima ballerina should!

I spotted this on my rubbish work monitor, but it's even better at home. I don't know where to start with the praise. Wonderfully different angle - especially as they are family and therefore happy to be photographed from the front. Strong background, although Pete may have a point about the vent. The light is beautiful, the timing is perfect and you can even see the Norah Batty wrinkles in her tights
