It is although from people I know who have gone to see the Aurora say it is so more spectacular and siffeent to the images the camera produces. Another thing
I think think warm coats and a few pairs of gloves are needed. That fist image is stunning.
 
Stunning stuff and nice to see that it is more about photography than about the equipment. I used to have a telescope and looked into astrophotography it is quite a discipline. I did notice that there were a lot of people who would go on and on about all the gear they had but produce terrible photographs but these images are great.
