Beach Shoot

An early dinner this evening followed by a walk on the beach south of Laguna. Came around a rocky outcrop and discovered this. Took me by surprise. Managed to get the 7d switched on quick-like, and got off one shot from the hip, but with no opportunity to select any exposure values, focal distance or, as you can see, framing.

Not sure if I'm more surprised that you stumbled upon a group of druids sunbathing, or that you had a digi with you!

What are they doing?

It turned out to be a professional photo shoot. Moments later a stocky chap with a big camera equipped with an electronic device containing a short antenna hove into view and started shooting. The druids were bikini-clad lassies huddling in the lee of the rock and wrapped in blankets for warmth.
