My daily consumption at work!

It was ticking over it my ickle mind, i just had to ask, i like cold veg also, i would have a nice dressing / french dressing style to give them a lift, turn it into almost a veg salad.......haha

YEEESSS!!! Your the first person I have had any formal contact with that likes cold veg!!!
Don't know what it is with it needing to be hot.... nice it may be... but when your not in reach of any heating appliances, the goodness of cold veg for your daily healthy intake will suit just fine!!

yes i agree Dan, its a great way of getting your 5 a day, and is tons better than going chippy every day or local burger van / fast food take away that will cost more, be less healthy and to be honest not taste as good as "COLD VEG"

Russian eat alot of cold veg in "Salads" but that in most case's is a salad without lettuce, tomatoes or cumber, just veg, maybe some strips of ham or chicken and a dressing..........IMO cold veggies this way rocks.

I also LOVE cold pasta, as in pasta salad Arrabbiata.............mmmmmm i am now peckish LOL

I tell you what though my favourite food of all time cold is.........
