Lovely, lovely shots!

I particularly like #4 & #5
The sun breaking out over the landscape in #4
and the sun just over the horizon in #5.

Great set

What Paul said. I look forward to your latest, Julian. Keep em coming!

So, is that a Leica lens on the OMD? Seems a perfect combo. Just add a real photographer's eye, and watch the magic take place...

Thanks for the compliments everyone,it means a lot to me probably more than can be imagined.

Yes and no Rob. Leica have given Panasonic a couple or so licenses to use their designs and coatings to produce a Leica Panasonic badged lens. I guess it is a way of Panasonic getting very good optics which in return Leica gets some well needed income. I had seen pics produced from this lens and it shone, so took the step last week and got it. I have a few canon L lens which are superb but their is something about this lens that is very clever. Working with the raw files is a joy. Colours and contrast and tones are nice it seems to be sharp but subtle at the same time. I of course would now wish to experience a genuine Leica lens for real which an't going to happen. But hey, I have Leica written on the front of a lens and I can pretend:cool:

When you saw the light as it was i can image your heart skipped a beat.
The sheer delight.
A warm glow viewing these images.

Lovely blue grey palette in #2 - almost feel the cold
