Taken on the same gloomy Sunday last week. I started processing it last night and intended to finish in peace today. However, all has not gone well and thanks to our rubbish delivery people we have now run out of oil. I'm absolutely freezing and with no prospect of radiators, Aga or hot water until Monday, I'm off to see what I can find to light a fire...

Many thanks gentlemen! @Rob MacKillop if you ever read or watched The Two Towers (the second in the trilogy of The Lord of the Rings), you would find Ents are ancient beings and guardians of the forests. They call themselves tree herders. They look like trees and the older ones have almost forgotten how to move and talk. When they find out Saruman (a goody turned baddy) has been cutting down trees to make fires to arm his hordes, they march on his tower and pull it down. Actually, the first and second books are very good to read. I never did get on with the last one...

Middle Earth, pixies, goblins, or whatever they are called...just can't see it. Saw the first film of the book a while back - never yawned so much during a film. Just not for me.
