Dan Down - The Steampunk Womble
Me and MrBertie (otherwise known Curt Worton who has yet to introduce himself on here as he has recently joined) went out last night with the cameras, flashes, umbrellas and tripods, etc, (no masks on this occasion unfortunately). We had a late finish at work so time and light was against us. Quick thought in mind........ wastelands and what was left of the Old Ronkswood hospital!!!! got Turkish ..er I mean Curtis to walk up and down past the tree in the shot whilst the flash unit was on a tripod.
As mentioned before, I've had little experience playing with slave flash in ambient light (as well as diffused with an umbrella) and must admitt..... I'm enjoying the results at the minute. As soon as dark fell..... yeah... of course...... It was the usual light play ( which will be posted straight after this as it does not come under the 'people' catagory). lol
Anyways.... enjoy folks!!!! thanks for looking.... and advice is.... and always will be welcome
