One of the great things about grand kids, is they provide a ready source of interesting photo ops, excuses to go places, and even more excuses to buy camera gear! 
The arrival last month of grand baby #2, prompted a trip to the hospital to see the new arrival, followed by a full afternoon of taking grand baby #1 to the wild animal park, to keep her occupied...
Time to break out the camera, and the 50mm f1.4 lens for some portraits.
All shots used Canon 1D MKII and the Canon 50mm f1.4 lens - processing in CS4.
