Did a nice bit of salmon on the BBQ grill this evening - cooked on a cedar plank with some 'magic dust' as seasoning.

X100 ISO400 f8 (macro) 400F for 20 mins

How long can you hold your camera over a hot grill before you damage it?

'Magic Dust' is indeed magic - makes any grilled stuff taste fantastic

So good that the old dears took some back to Blighty and use it for their grilling

Probably full of MSG or other goodness, but I don't care 'cause it tastes soooo good
