Would you believe it?? The husband of the woman who said she never signed for it said he found this big parcel in his hall, and saw my name on it. He brought it over straight away. He'd been away for a couple of days. I don't blame him!

So, I'll open the box...

Fantastic! What a miserable woman to lie about something like that. Glad her husband was honest. Now to see what you can do with them.

Hi, Rob new member here, I to have the the full set of Sigma Merrill's and I find that each one has a duty to perform, and do it well.Just last week I took them out for a run on the moors at a place called Rookhope, it's up in the north-east of England. And everything they say about them is true, it's just like using film they slow you down more and give you time to think before you press the shutter.
But the quality in the end is just mind blowing, I had read all the reviews before I bought the dp1-3 and then that was not until the price came down to £349 each, and I just got the dp2 last week for £200 Money well spent me thinks.
I will post some images soon in black&white as that's the flavour I like most.
Cheers Mick

Cheers, Mick. The Merrills are wonderful cameras, not much different from the Quattros, and both cheap for the quality of images. Even the post production slows you down. Not for speed freaks!

Or impatient photographers like me. Always on the go. So how are they when things take place in all of a sudden then. The Merrills are as in slow foxtrot then, are they?
