hi all

last night me and Dan catterholeymoley poppedd over to hamish's house to learn the processess involved in film developing. Although I didn't get hands on I found it fascinating and it really opened my eyes to what some of you lot still do. I loved the make or break risk to it all and the excitement and anticipation.

I took a few snaps of the evening, I didn't take any of the actual process because..... well as you all know photos of Dan and Hamish taking turns sticking their hands in a bag are for a different site altogether!!!!!!! :) but yeah.... not much to shoot as its all covered

hamish had told us that the most important thing when developing film is to go and have a pint in town whilst the film dry and to pass macdonalds so he can get some dinner....

Being a digital only guy myself, it's great to see what goes on in the dark room :).

I love in #3, #4, and #5 where the details of film contents become clearly visible when placed in front of a light source.

Cool report and thanks for sharing Thomas.

You sure they were using the chemicals for dev work, and not inhalation? :D

Very nice - also love the neg shots - great idea! :)

Haha! Great stuff dude!

Hammers got me to smell some of this old dev fluid he had for who knows how long.... Never felt right since then to be fair ;) lol

Bag, it wasn't that old... It's only really old when it takes a layer of skin of your face ;)
Seriously though, don't smell old dev chems it's really dangerous!
