Hello fae Scotland

Hi All,
A little about me, my name is Gordon Macleod and i live in Aviemore in the Scottish Highlands where i was born, i am a fly fishing instructor with a passion for local wildlife here in the Highlands.
I have studied Ospreys, Otters, Capercaillie and a host of other wildlife over the last twenty years in this area, now its time to try and catch the wildlife i see sometimes on a daily basis on camera or advise others new to the area.
Thanks Gordon.

Welcome to the forum, how's the weather up there? Look forward to talking *cough* fishing *cough* with you :)

Hi Gordon, I to am Scottish (Dundee) though I spend a lot of time in your area :) Welcome to the forum

Hi Adam,
The weather here has been -14 and snowing, but tonight only -4 and a little rain, not great for people but great for photography as all wildlife is out and about because or the change in the weather.
Its a great time to get close to all wildlife in the area.
Thanks Gordon.

Welcome to RPF Gordon. Also a Scot here (Rutherglen), transplanted to the West Coast of the U.S. Looking forward to seeing more wildlife foties. If you have a moment tell us what equipment you're using.

Hi Gordon. I'm fae Dundee originally, but now the (ahem) official Edinburgh Correspondent for this forum. I can't wait to see your photos of wildlife from your area. Do you go to the Highland Wildlife Centre with your camera? It's an odd place, but great for shots of interesting animals. And what equipment do you have? A decent zoom, I suspect?

Welcome Gordon, just thought I would add my greetings to those you have already had. enjoy the forum..
