Some of the longer standing members have nicknames that come from their user title
"DD" for eg is from Dan's "Dan down" user title which come from the fact that he has a reputation for falling off his bike ...
"KK" from Kevs "Komical Kev" ...
 
Welcome Greg, good to meet you, looking forward to seeing your work, don't be misled by the KK, not all is as it seems on here at times.. I AM a very serious person really............:D:D:D well until I've tipped a few glasses down that is and of course meeting and spending time on here:D

Just discovered your album Greg. Nice stuff and I love those f1:0.95 shots (especially the portrait in the corridor). I have the older f1:1 - amazing lenses aren't they? Tricky to focus wide open at times but you've certainly nailed some good ones there. Looking forward to seeing more shots!! :)
 
Ooo we have a 0.95 owning member ... I can see a few of our members who often post comments like "nice DOF" being quite thrilled by some of the results from that!
 
Pete, you are so correct. Having an out of focus shot is easy. Sometimes I post them anyway because they render so well. More to come :-)
