I do enjoy "roof shots" like this Ivar, towns and villages take on an entirely different feel and attitude when viewed from this angle...

Thank you Douglas, I forgot to include you and all the others I'm afraid, but a country I've really come to enjoy. This one makes it look like a miniture town.

Yes Douglas, it was. We spent about a day there. Lovely small town on the coast. Could almost see home

So quiet in the streets. It gives it a slightly voyeuristic feel that I like very much.

I think that the villagers were afraid either of the sun which they did not figure out or this norseman strolling their streets

i'm sure it isn't, but the town looks claustrophobic in this view. i like how all of the roofs and chimneys are so similar.
