Lamp Shadows Caught my glass i

This is a side entrance to the First United Methodist Church in Redondo Beach, California. The shadows off the lamps on either side of the door caught my eye as I passed this place in my car one day during my lunch hour. By the time I parked and got the camera out--a Rolleiflex belonging to my pal, Jim--the shadows had faded a little.

I used Kodak Tri-X 400 film which I developed in Rodinal 1:100 using a "semi-stand" technique.

But probably better for being a bit more subtle. Excellent as usual Brian and I like the patches of bounced light coming off the ground into the shadows.

Looks like the 'rollers' either side of the gate in the camera could do with a clean. They are leaving fine marks on the film by the look of it. A fine, very, very slightly abrasive cleaner would probably do it.

Thank you. Pete.

I didn't see this before, Pete. I think I do now that I look real close. Is it the vertical line above the doorway?
