Land Rover in North AZ (For Grez)

Northern Arizona isn't what you might expect - no sand, no cactus - just mountains, pine trees, snow in the winter.

The Land Rover is the perfect vehicle to get off the beaten track, and explore the forests and countryside.

Here we are, crossing a high meadow, miles from civilization

Gave the horses in the distance some entertainment as I motored on through a marsh, and narrowly avoided getting stuck

And here we are at Monument Valley.

Managed to get there just as the sun was setting - magical landscape.

Grez, it's a mystery - we had been on the road for 3 days before arriving at Monument Valley, yet the Disco looked clean!

It was very very dry, so maybe I drove fast enough to blow the dust off....
