Unfortunately the batteries didn't last too long on this 100mw multi functional laser pen. lol

Just a few mess around piccies!

Thanks for looking :)

Those are pretty interesting Dan!
This is a nice progressional step from the light painting I think!
So you got more ideas?

I dot want to sound awkward, but I like the idea of the stripy one with the framing of the spotty one!
The eyes make the first, but I think I prefer the stripy look basically...

Thanks pete,

I bought a green pointer laser pen that has an extra 'multi beam' cap/filter that you can stick on it thats quite visable on the first shot, experimented on the second. remote trigger used whilst I was too busy pointing a laser in my face.
1.5 sec exposure, ISO 800, f/3.5 @ 14mm (28mm equiv) PP'd in LR using Antique light preset. Altered the tone curve, and thats pretty much all there is too it. :)

Here's the pointer (not justified in the daylight of course)

Blimey, you did well to keep so still for that long!

I took a reading of an exposure with the laser on my face (in pitch black) pre reading between 1 sec and 1.5. Set the camera to manual, open fire and swipe the laser over my face (which to be fair only took about half a sec I think)
so I think initially I was still for about half a second which isn't too bad . :)

Quite inspired by Toms idea with the laser shot that he did to be fair.
I do have more ideas in mind, but may need a smoke machine!! :D:D

I must agree with you there Hamish... I do like the stripey one better :)

That's bloody ace!

LASER + eyes, does't sound too safe?

Thanks Brian, I had noticed that and admittedly it was a total accident... But love the way it worked :)

Thank you chris, its not a good example to shine a laser on my eyes really now is it...
DON'T try this at home folks! Lol.
Although, is there anything I do which is safe? :D:D
