Nice shots Ralph and so nostalgic. I lived near Lincoln for many years, was a member of Lincoln CC and spent a lot of time in and around the cathedral. The light from the stained glass was always fascinating and produced some magical results like yours.

Many thanks, Tony. The light is indeed very special. I hope to go back again some time and next time take more suitable kit with me (ie Canon 6D). On this occasion, other than my phone, I'd taken my old EOS 500 35mm loaded with Kentmere 400. Hopefully I'll still get some interesting results from that combo.

The phone was definitely the better choice, Ralph. lol. Seriously, though, the colors cast by the stained glass are wonderful.
