Making the most of poor light

I can't always rely on the light being just as I would want it to be, so I look upon these two a studies for when it is.
Susan's study, and Susan drawing...a touch of Vermeer/Hammershøi in the last image (well, one can dream).

The soft light works just fine. A brighter light would bring out the lines and angles more, but the soft light makes it look warm and cosy.

Sitting at the desk, wonderful warm feeling with depth to the (clearly mansion esque in dimensions) pathways. Really nice images Rob.
