All beautiful, Chris. I'm partial to #3 especially, but I'm keen to know what you used to light both 3 and 4. Do tell won't you?

Thanks Brian - I used the Elinchrom quadra flash head shot through a translucent brolly on #3 and #4

I plan to return, with Mikah (in a more high fashion get-up) and next time have some fill-flash in the arches under the pier - well that's the plan any way!

Gorgeous. Love the first most of all.
Thanks Rob - amazing what you can do with a concrete pillar!

I had Mikah stand next to the grey concrete, and used it as a reflector to bounce daylight into her face - while the sun washed out the background

I of course like all of them, since I admire beauty and how you have done it with elegance, but the two first ones are outstanding. Cheers.

Thank you Ivar :)

Lovely set Chris. The light in the later ones is much more gentle now I think and the pose in the last shot works well. I like the shot with the textile but the pose cones not seem as 'natural'; maybe looking away might work. My favourite is the second though. Very natural in all respects.

Thanks Pete - #2 does seem to have the pop, and the DOF! :D

The translucent brolly is definitely more diffuse - and does't seem to soak up the power too much - might try the small soft-box on the next shoot, and will definitely be doing some shots with a larger reflector and grids for more directional lighting.

Love them all Chris, nice shots!
Thanks Aldous
