I do this every year - pick my fave dozen shots.
Here are some of my favourite shots and memories from 2013.
I've picked this lot mainly from my 365 challenge set for the year.
1. Always a challenge - Martin Mere Shelduck
2. Roberto Martinez - 2103 was a great year for sporty pix for me. And this guy is a real gent.
3. East Lancs Railway 1940s Weekend - always a fave!
4. Another sporting celeb shot - Sam Tomkins
5. 2013 was a good year for bugs! I put a lot of time in chasing dragonflies around the Three Sisters Wetlands!
6. Another sporting celeb
7. Love this shot - Fallow Deer at Tatton Park
8. Proud Dad moment of the year - My eldest sat at Tolkien's Table in the grounds of her new college in Oxford.
9. Whitby Steps - my fave from our Holiday
10. I had a great family day out on my birthday - and took some pix
11. Trip out with pals - lways a great day wherever we go. This was RSPB Bempton Cliffs in May.
12. A double whammy. Introduced my youngest to photography - and really enjoyed shooting medium format film with the Fuji GS645S.
