My gig photography

For most of this year I have been an 'official' photographer at a place called 'Moon On The Water' in Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire. This has led me to take quite a few images most of which are in black and white to simplify and avoid too much complexity. OK I have had to take a lot of display stuff for the venue but this one was for me. I cannot remember the artists name but it was shot during June of 2017. ISO 6400, Nikon 180mm f2.8 lens and Nikon D600 with additional battery pack. I also shot a lot of jazz stuff as well. More to follow.

Here's another one. Bass player Rob Passey of the street punk band 'Wolf Bites Boy' in action on stage during June 2017. Taken using my Nikon D600 with MBD14 battery pack and Nikon 180mm f2.8 AFD lens. ISO was 3200 with EV at -0.7. A fair bit of manipulation was done in Photoshop.
