I agree with Paul, very 'urban'. I like it a lot. I might be tempted to lose one step at the top though. What do you think?

thanks guys, i wanted an urban trashy feel as that where he lives and his kinda dress sense. Is just the "aged" pre-set in Lightroom with a little extra contrast.

I agree with Pete on cropping the top just below the edge of the step above his head. I also think that cropping the bottom so you just clip the tip of his boot works nicely as well.
