New Fuji XT-1 v 4.0 Firmware Available

Fuji have issued new firmware for the XT-1 and four of their lenses, the 10-24, 18-55, 18-135 and the 55-200.

The XT-1 gets;

• Improvement of the flash function

• Improvement of the Wi-Fi function

• Improvement of the display

• Improvement of camera function stability

The lenses get improvements of stability in the OIS function.

Fuji have launched v4.0 of the firmware for the XT-1 (and Graphite) adding a couple of new improvements as follows;

• New AF System

• Eye detection AF

• Auto Macro mode

• Exposure Compensation control in Manual etc.

Installed it last night. I have a full day with it at work today - 4 or 5 shoots I think. Looking forward to seeing how it does
