its been done to death Pete........this is probably the first place the local press go for their 'FLOOD SHOT' the office is just over the road, it's either the swans on the South Quay or the defences on the North side of the bridge. I know which I would prefer and it is the one above, not just because DD shot it but because it has movement and a creative element in it, unlike the Press shot of the river over the road with a swan on it.......

Thanks all,
In the space of 20 mins I was here, there must of been about 50 photos taken by all who visited, whether it was on an phone, compact or DSLR.
It felt quite challenging in a bizarre way, taken into consideration how many photos have been taken during this time of the floods, and getting something a bit unique rather than a plane 'this is the flood' shot.
I'm glad you can see that Kev, thanks.
However, I'll still submit it to the local tag and see what they do with it. Cheers Pete
