what do you think about this then? I hadn't done much of it but it seemed that a lit subject with a relatively dark background, woukld work pretty well.

Oddly enough I was thinking about the Vaseline trick yesterday when I decided the detail in a photograph made it look gritty. Duplex is like using a stocking over the lens too. I like this a lot Peter

was playing with some more pix, using this streak effect, and actually very few of the 'action pix' work with it. perhaps more suited to abstract efforts, fashion/portraiture etc. dunno. show me something new

I never got into Cokin, but I do remember the range
