Thanks Dave - running gag from a previous post or two of the coast - my shots always have Pelicans in them it seems - so I mentioned the fact that I have radio controlled ones that I have flown into my shots ;)
 
Now that's a good idea...

I'm standing on the top of a cliff to get this shot though - next to the 'Danger, Unstable Cliffs' sign!

Beautiful. I prefer the first, Chris, as I like the blue expanse, and the freedom of the bird and airplane, which balance each other. The second seems like the top has been cut off, but maybe that is because I saw the uncut version first. The B&W version is very nice, but I'm still choosing the first. Gorgeous place to live!
 
Thanks chaps - the shot is taken at the turning point for my cliff-top walk, and it's certainly a fabulous place for folks to have a house.

That being said - spending all that money, then watching the cliff retreat towards your back garden each year, must take the edge off somewhat!

In another couple of million years, my house will be beach front property, and I'll be set - it's just a matter of time :D
