Photographer course for idiots in the South

Hi guys
Looking to attend a course for photography idiots. I am completely new to this and looking to
explore the use of my camera beyond point of click; ie to start to know what to do when taking it
off 'intelligent auto' mode.
I want a face to face course in the south of England / London, not online
