Purple Lightning

I really must go and do my Peak District homework now. No more processing from me for a few weeks, but fingers crossed I'll have some new stuff next month. Here's one taken more years ago than I care to remember. The slide needs scanning properly, but it's likely to be a long time before I get around to it. The colour is courtesy of reciprocity failure and in fact, I haven't touched the colour or saturation at all

Chris - I just stuck the camera on a tripod, left the shutter open on Bulb and waited. If too much time passed with nothing happening, or I had sheet lightning, I closed the shutter and tried again.

Dave - thanks for that link. I've saved it and will be checking out the locations later. I've never been to Derbyshire before - I can't wait!
