Quick! Kodak Land Camera

I visited friends in the South of France at the weekend to catch up / talk a bit of business before going off to do a job outside Marseilles. One of their daughters (and now a potential forumee) had bought a couple of Polaroid cameras. One takes film made by Impossible and the other is a Type 330. If I understand correctly, Fuji still make a B&W and a colour film that fits. Is that correct @Brian Moore?

Yes, Pete. Fuji makes FP3000B black and white "pack film" and FP100C color "pack film" that are for use in the Land Camera 330. However, I believe production of the B&W is going to cease if it hasn't already. Your freind's daughter may have to modify the camera to use modern batteries. Also, if she hasn't used it yet, she should verify that the shutter is working by firing it while observing through the back that it is opening and closing. (You can tell by listening, but you have to know what you're listening for, since the robust return of the shutter cocking lever sounds like a shutter release though may not be.)
