Its a nice shot but it does have a bit of an eavesdropping feel. Make it BW and maybe it would have a Cold War espionage look about it.

I was actually looking for birds to photograph and turned and I saw this couple approaching... I took two shots. The man's head was slightly obscured by foliage in the other.. Often the best shots are just being there..

I think without the foliage in the foreground this would look a bit like a shot you get in Take A Break or something from a Saga advert. The foliage adds a bit of extra context I think.
