Rudyard today

I like the minature railway...I've got a note to take some photos of one down my way. I'm wondering whether I could find a viewpoint that would change the impression of scale and make it look larger than life...

Go Low....find location where the background is comparatively equal in scale..........stay low........big aperture.......keep low.......no people if poss and did I mention keeping low :D

Should he perhaps keep low Kev?

Dave - loving that reflection on #1 - must have been a decent day today then, weather wise?

So...like, lying in the middle of the tracks kinda low...? :)

If the carridges didnt emphesize the fact it was a miniture railway I might consider it plus there were massive Ice puddles on the ground weather:D also didnt really go to photograph the railway :D:D:D It was the perfect day on the lake really except it was a bit cold

I like #3 the best. The red train breaking through the thick fog of light and heading towards the dark, makes the subject very prominent and scene quite striking. :)
