Steps up from the River Severn in Shrewsbury.

There's a great gritty feel to this Dave and it is a fine composition. Love the contrast between the large blocks supporting the steps and their smaller brothers in the actual building. The guage on the wall forms an interesting balance with the perfectly placed newel post at the bottom..
By the looks of it the water comes very close to the top of the guage.

Ta folks. This was one of those scenes that just caught my eye. You know the feeling. Walk around a corner and BOOM! There it was - screaming "PHOTO OPP!!!!!!!"
