Also walked through Soho and got a few shots there too. One thing I did notice about central London is that its so tidy these days. When I lived in East London I remember you could go to central London and easily find a run down side street just off of Oxford Street. Nowadays they have all been cleaned up!

Cheers Pete, It's a bit of Cross Process effect PP with some noise added. I quite like this particular CP effect that the one used in the previous London shots. The other one didn't really do it for me with the colour cast it created but this one is much better and more flexible.

Is it a particular simulation of a CP? I tend to prefer the ones with a slight yellow cast myself.

Not a particular one, just using a curves adjustment layer and changing the RGB channels individually. Probably possible to match it to a film based CP but I tend to modify each one a little to suit the particular image. I did experiment with adding in a yellow photo filter adjustment layer but in the end I left it out.

Glad to hear London has tidied up a little - it was long overdue IMHO!

Doesn't help with your photography of course!!!
