Snow along Essex Creek
This is a spot just across the Middlefork of the Flathead River from Glacier National Park. The Izaak Walton Inn grooms ski trails in the Essex Creek Valley and these are two of the views I get each time I ski the Essex Creek Trail.

Loving that first one with the warmer reds of the trees breaking through the cold snow - so how long/far did you ski to get to this amazing view?

I skied for about 2 1/2 hours but this view can be seen only about 10-15 minutes from the trailhead.
