Critique Welcomed Somersby Falls

It was Fathers Day today here in Australia. We went to Somersby Falls as we have had unusually wet weather so there would be very good flow.

The main falls. A popular picnic spot and part of a National Park. Not crowded due to the morning rain. It got busy later.

The middle falls is often a trickle. Not today.

The lower falls is a spot where fewer people go as it requires some walking over large rocks and slippery areas. Well worth the effort though.

When you get there you can walk in behind the falls. I am 6'4" and can stand up in there.

Great stuff....looks like a "must visit" when I next return to Oz...I went to the Fitzroy Falls last time I was over, but they are quite big, impersonal and not the easiest to take images of without a super-wide lens...

Douglas, the best image of Fitzroy Falls is from the opposite side of the gorge just above twin falls.

The waterfall above is a little harder to find but worth it. About an hour north from the city.

@ Pete, thanks.

The second shot for me has everything i'd look for .... excellent work
