Not sure I know the answer exactly, but when I first joined a couple of months ago Hamish recommended I use Photobucket or some other photo hosting site. So I joined photobucket and now I upload an image in to that and then just click on the "img" code (which copies that code) and then I paste into the RPF post I'm making. Hope this helps.
Hi Tony, I also use Photobucket. I usually export from Lightroom at 1000 px on the longest side at 150 ppi and 80% quality using the sRGB colour space. The upload to Photobucket.
I use Photobucket too and find it the best way so far. That is until SOMEBODY here (nudge, nudge no names mentioned) gets round to developing their own photo hosting site.

we even have a domain name ...
logistically speaking, its a bit harder than i thought ...
still we will get somewhere one day with it, it might just use some sort of photobucket api ... not sure
Photo bucket is fine anyway, and for the purposes of this place is ideal really
